CONTENTS

Complications in rhinoplasty may occur at any point during the procedure, from consultation and surgery to early and late postoperative stages. Handling these requires experience and extensive know-how for suitable measures. The lecture aims at the management of most common complications such as bleeding, swelling, unsatisfactory functional and aesthetic results, and also severe complications as skin necrosis and life threatening skull base injuries. Rare intraoperative videos as well as practical suggestions for effective treatment are of interest for both beginners and experienced surgeons.
