Professor Gilbert Aiach is a board certified plastic surgeon in Paris, who, after extensive training in reconstructive, aesthetic and craniofacial surgery, practices exclusively rhinoseptoplasty , having performed over 7000 rhinoplasties in the last 30 years.

Founding Member and past-President (1993) of the “Société Française de Chirurgie Esthétique et Plastique”, he is also Professor of Post-Graduate Education of ISAPS, and founding member of the “Rhinoplasty Society” a selected group of Surgeons throughout the World who specialize in rhinoplasty.
His innovative work and huge international reputation has established him as a true pioneer and a leading world rhinoplasty surgeon, especially regarding open rhinoplasty

He is regularly invited to international symposiums and courses all over the world, and has also developed many widely used specific insruments for rhinoplasty

He has written many papers, and authored chapters in several books on the subject of rhinoplasty, among which the chapters on « Secondary Rhinoplasty » in the book « Art of Aesthetic Surgery » edited by F. Nahai, QMP (St. Louis) 2005 and 2011.

After his first book :"Aesthetic Rhinoplasty" was published by Churchill Livingstone in 1991, Prof. Aiach’s book “Atlas de Rhinoplastie et de la voie d’abord externe “, Ed. Masson Paris, 1996 was subsequently translated in Italian, Spanish , Portuguese and English.
The second edition of his book “Atlas of Rhinoplasty ” was published by QMP (St. Louis) in 2003.
