NOTICE TO PARTICIPANTS

Dr. Ronald Gruber will not be able to participate in the meeting because of unanticipated surgery which precludes long airplane flights for several weeks postop. His dear friend and most respected colleague Rollin K. Daniel has graciously accepted to substitute for him.
