Nazim Cerkes

Dr. Cerkes is past President of Turkish Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery; Board Member of ISAPS and has been serving as Chairman of ISAPS Educational Council since 2010. He is Vice President of “The Rhinoplasty Society of Europe”. Editorial Board Member Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (APS), International Editorial Board Member of Plastic Reconstructive Surgery(PRS) and Aesthetic Surgery Journal(ASJ).

Dr. Cerkes worked as research and clinical fellow in UAB (University of Alabama at Birmingham) at the Department of Plastic Surgery between 1990-1991. Between 1992-2002 Dr. Nazim Cerkes served as Associate Professor at the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine and mainly worked in the field of reconstructive microsurgery and hand surgery. In 2002 he founded Cosmed Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Center in Istanbul. Mainly focused on rhinoplasty in the last 10 years.
