In this MasterClass we will review concepts of diagnosis, classification and treatment of nasal obstruction. Principles of nasal airway preservation, as well as restoration of nasal airway patency will be discussed. Primary and revision cases will be reviewed. In addition, the spectrum of nasal surgery (reconstructive, cosmetic) will be reviewed in the context of nasal function, including preservation rhinoplasty concepts.

- Understand issues with regards to the midvault and lateral wall in preservation versus Joseph hump reduction
