We are pleased to announce the sixth edition of the “Advanced Minifellowship in Revision Rhinoseptoplasty” in Bergamo, in the high-tech Papa Giovanni XXIII Hospital.

As in the highly successful previous editions, this will be a full four days hands-on, round-the-clock, fully interactive, learning opportunity reserved to 7 participants. Dr Robotti and his staff will take the participants through 4 different cases of revision rhinoplasty, requiring a complete spectrum of surgical techniques, from local rearrangement to rib. Surgery will be integrated with extensive daily lectures, clinical case analysis, edited videos and video-focus on “Rib and Diced Cartilage Fascia”.

  • Dear Enrico,
    Today I performed 2 rhinoplasties. Both times I have used temporal fascia. In one of them I have done underlay grafts for the lower lateral cartilages using your technique to pull the sutures through the skin and tape them.
    It worked really well. Thank you for that.

  • Thanks Enrico, As I am still waiting for any original thoughts or ideas, I just copied what you taught us all during the recent mini fellowship, Piezo for keystone reduction, paramedial osteotomies and shaping. 3mm for the lateral osteotomies without major degloving.
