Participants will be able to understand when and when not to use the diced cartable and fascial graft. The nuances of the techniques require to use of the DC-F graft will be explored and discussed in an open forum. The approaches to the DC-F graft will be examined on a case by case basis in an effort to let the participant know there is a definite learning curve.
